Yin Yang Tai Chi as the center, surrounded by 64 roads in every direction, Traffic lights, could make foreigners confused.This city is located in Xin Jiang province, shaped like the 8 diagram which make it the most perfect city according to fengshui arrangement of city. each main road (four) has length 1200m and a round about road was built in every 360m. These roads formed the 64 symbol in the eight diagram.
